Miss Jennifer inspired me to try a cat cake for Abby's birthday. It was two laters and we still have a bunch leftover...but it was a big hit! Abby especially liked the ears!
It was a big day... starting with Easter Egg dying...
Then, a party with the "big kids" with a peanut hunt, egg in the spoon race, egg roll and pin the tail on the cat!
In the afternoon, cousin Caitrin and baby Collin came to visit from MD and Abby and Caitrin repeated all of the games and played in every room of the house!
On Sunday, we had homemade muffins and went to church.
Then, we drove to Skyline Drive and the kids compteted in an Easter Egg hunt.
And then, we had a delicious brunch at Skyland Lodge...
And then, we took a hike to catch some more great views...
We were beat when we got home, and still had to find the Easter baskets!
